I had a great experience with Charlton yesterday. I'm considering exchanging a watch I was gifted, I forgot to bring the watch and the receipt to actually go ahead with the transaction, but the staff still allowed me to browse and try on some of the watches and calculated the difference in prices for me. Service was first class.
