Courier refused to deliver as I did not have code...have never before been asked for a code. I explained to him I'm disabled and phone was upstairs charging. His attitude and demeanor was unhelpful and his foul language. Now I'm sorry I'm disabled. Food was not delivered. Treatment was disgusting.

The experience I have had today was very horrible , the staff members need to be retrained on customer service there is no need for attitude and rudeness first thing in the morning to ruin people?s day , if they aren?t happy with the serving customer role I?m sure they can have a role at the back dealing with the food very disappointing experience. I did mention to the staff member that there is no need for rudeness I wouldn?t mention names but it happened just before 8:50 am .

It could be the team that is in the morning, but they don't know what they are selling, much less working with an electric oven anyway, this Greggs is really a zero rating!!
