I booked ahead for a classic platter and ate it sitting in store , with four friends after attending a fun Hobbycraft workshop , there were a nice selection of sandwiches , all fresh , the staff were all great and the beautiful new store added to a pleasurable experience , thank you .

I often tend to visit this branch on my way back from my Saturday morning swim, and the service is always top class when I go in!
Particular note to this Saturday just gone (29th September at about 8:15) where despite them appearing to be rushed off their feet and queued out the door, they were still providing an amazing service to customers. I can only apologise on behalf of the rude customer in the suit who was giving you problems because he wasn't getting priority and was demanding service first!
Thank you for the continued hard work and friendly service, the highlight of my Saturday mornings!

I irregularly visit and receive average service, but was really impressed by the service of the lady who was closing up yesterday. As I had left, I dropped my cheese and onion bake, and had returned to pay for a new one. The lady gave it to me for free. At most establishments you are expected to pay for a new item if you have dropped it, and I'm assuming had it been the middle of the day I would have paid for a new one, however I still would like to commend the excellent customer service by whoever closed 01/08/24. Management, give her a bonus.

Not a great experience on Sunday 26th. Visited around 1pm and advised 15 minute wait for sausage rolls. Was given a bag but had to pack food in ourselves. Then arrived home to find eclair was just chucked in the paper bag with topping against the wrapper.
Lastly, if Ali, the Supervisor who served us, gave us even a hint of a smile, he would probably injured himself.

It's OK nice food, they tend to run out of certain items or you have to wait 5 - 10 minutes for it to come out of the oven, always a queue between 11 and 2 should put more staff on at lunch time however the staff that are there work hard
