Today 25/09/2024 a very pleasant lady saw my struggle with the pram, and she came up to me and took my order from the queue. She was very helpful and very kind. Usually people just get upset if I`m in the way with my children, but Toyin was a problem solver instead, and she made my day with that.

Visit on Sat 22nd June. I ask a staff member if there are any products that are dairy free or contain no milk. She just says no. I ask another staff member if I can see the ingredients for an item. She gets out the iPad and finds a list of products and hands it to me. I look through and find at least 4/5 items which contain no milk. With allergies quite rife, your staff should be more knowledgeable about their products to avoid any potential accidents from wrongly consuming an item.

The store was clean, lots of food out, the staff are friendly and polite, they greeted everyone in line with a smile and made general chat while making the orders, very good shopping experience and it brightened up my day.
