I wish I could give a rating in minus. A few months ago I booked an appointment at 15:35. I arrived on time even a few minutes earlier. I was told to sit and wait until she finished with her client who was late. And she made me wait 40 minutes. It's so unprofessional. Thanks to the owner for reminding me of the exact time. I was about to dye my hair again and that's why I remembered. I feel like it's my duty to tell others of my experience so they don't suffer like me.

Yesterday I went to get a facial I had purchased through Groupon and was received in a nice clean space, filled out all the medical forms provided by a very professional therapist.The room for treatment was clean and everything had been explained beforehand. The facial was a basic one with cleanse, exfoliation and moisturising mask followed by a led light mask. The therapist went one step further and prepared a mask that was not included based on my skin type, and while letting it act gave me a lovely scalp massage. The music and ambience were so relaxing I nearly fell asleep.I really appreciated the professional and tailored service, even after purchasing a voucher. I recommend her and I will definitely be going back for more.
