I am disappointed because the leave one customer service to assist a long massive queue , while the rest staff just hang around , there are old staff that I clearly recognise, they don?t want to assist customers , they just talk and walking around casually

20/08/2025 16:23 The salesperson behind the register was very unpleasant. Zero customer contact. I greeted her first, and with great effort she said it under her breath. I had to tear off the receipt myself. A total failure. The lady was from India. She doesn't want to work.

I would like to take a moment to appreciate Farmfoods huge selection of Halal Foods,
FARMFOODS own Chicken Nuggets,which i Got today (24 Chicken nuggets,450G),got amazing taste and not crusty like crab shells of other Chicken Nugget Brands ..
It was soft and full of flavour..also,the frozen mixed vegetables ,Mediterranean Vegetables are great!!
Huge Kudos for that..
its always a pleasure doing shopping in Farmfoods,Yeah,It can get a bit crowded on the counters, But for No compromise on food Quality..?

I have to say I have never had a negative experience in this store. I am born and raised in Luton and wouldn?t normally leave a review for a chain store. But I just had to say I find the staff always so nice and helpful.

When I go to farm foods I go to get what I need then out. It's clean and dry. And probably cheaper than Tesco and Lidl for frozen food.
