We called into Gibbs and Dandy in Luton as a bit of an afterthought and saw Lorraine. How we wished we had gone there first! Not only was she willing to spend time patiently guiding us as to the best products to suit our budget, but she was also able to supply them to us at the best prices, so we ended up paying £100s less for quality products than we would have done at other bathroom centres in the area.”

“As British Heart Foundation charity shops go, this is a pretty decent one. The book selection (what I go for mostly) is a bit small, but you can generally find some novel or other to read. There are also generally quite a few cookbooks to be found. I've never looked very carefully through the clothing, but they do do their best to keep the store looking neat and tidy and 'un-second hand'. The staff is also very friendly here.”

“Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Currys the other week when I went to buy my PS5. I was greeted wonderfully by a young lad called Malaki, who took the time to ask how my day was going and was incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he help me with my purchase, but he also gave me some great tips on fixing a fault with my Amazon Firestick remote which worked like a charm. After buying the PS5, he even offered to carry it to the car for me since I had my little one with me. Truly excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.”
