What miserable staff. Have used them for paint for years, never again. Having some decorating done and the colour we have always used has been discontinued and is really expensive every time we get it mixed. So decided I wanted to see if I could a current simikar shade. Questions began, will you buy it from here? if not we can't guarantee colour, why not, you use a mixing chart! so every pot should be the same. Can you recommend a shade similar, No look over there, points to a completely different range more expensive. If I choose a colour can you mix me a sample yes for £6.50, his attitude was horrendous so walked out. Went to Wickes, great selection of samples £2.50, if I wanted a bigger pot £3.50 and this is dulux paint colours same as dulux centre, just greed. No wonder there was no one in the shop, but wickes had several people looking at Dulux paint. If you don't want to help you are clearly in the wrong job. I would have brought at least 4 large tins of whatever I chose, so missed out on business.

Couldn't find the item despite calling them before visiting and the staff wasn't really helpful either. I'll stick to ordering online.

Very bad, i was waiting like 25 min to be served;staff talking personal staff with another customer ;people waiting, and they talked about whether ;really????.Not recommended.

Walked in and wanted some tester pots and to see some colour samples. The lady working said "sorry I'm actually really busy with something else so I can't help you, you can come back on the 12th and look at the samples then". She gave us a book to take away with us and that was it.We left and went to Crown instead opposite to Dulux, where the service was incredible.

Great service went and got a couple of tester pots to try at home and then went to order the main order. No hassle and they deducted the cost of the testers from the bill. great service with a smile. Thank You.

Unbelievable! People are getting......day by day. I have been there to get some paint for my flat. The lady refused to serve me if I don't have an account or if I am not a trade but she did give me the option to buy it online and to get delivered at home.It's ridiculous because I have bought paint from the same place 3 weeks ago.
