Amazing customer service from Nav. He was busy dealing with multiple customers but made us all feel as welcome and as important as one another. He guided us through the process of buying a mattress and listened as such that we found our perfect bed and mattress in a short time. The process was easy and thorough with options for delivery and old mattress pick ups. The warranties with our items feel our purchase is the right thing to invest in. A really friendly guy. I had a lovely experience at Dreams thanks to Naveed. He was incredibly sweet and welcoming. He took the time to understand what I needed, guided me through the best mattress options using Sleepmatch, and offered a pillow to help me try them out properly. His advice was thoughtful and the mattress I?ve been using is great. At the end he offered a complimentary drink which was nice. Thank you Naveed, for making the experience amazing.

Sadly went to this branch yesterday and a store advisor spoke to my mum very rudley in one instance.. his name was ?callum?. Our bed broke due to our own self my mum mentioned we bought the bed from you guys but not in a blame way but for some reason i am guessing callum thought it was in that way. His response to my mum was very rude and abrupt and mannerless. The rest of the experience was fine as he did help with beds and information about them but i will be honest- nothing cost effective and tone and not THAT friendly. But that is up to individuals. My mum is never bothered by peoples micro aggressions but this one upset her which suprised me. P.s the integrity of the bed was bad and that is why it broke so easily- the bed wasn?t built right buy the dreams handymen years ago which we only came to realise recently when someone was checking our bed too see if they could help fix it. So- we broke it but you never assembled it correctly anyway which i told him and he did not have a smart response then. All i am saying is please watch your tone of voice and be respectful- you wouldn?t like it if someone upset your mum right ?.

Found the layout of the store easy to negotiate and the Kam was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on divan base, mattress and headboard, together with mattress protector. Will definitely return when we need to replace the bed in our main bedroom next. Can definitely recommend.

Just had an amazing experience at Dreams. Nav was the person who helped us, and honestly, he was brilliant.
We were looking for a bed with a wooden base and storage, plus a firm mattress that wouldn't break the bank. Nav listened patiently to all our requirements and expertly guided us through their selection. It wasn't just his professional advice though; he even offered us a hot chocolate! He helped us pick out exactly what we needed, and as a bonus, we got a free mattress topper.
For top-notch service and real care, I can't recommend Nav at Dreams enough.
