Big thanks to the guys at the counter, they were super helpful and nice. As someone unfamiliar with medication and prescription terminology, I found myself confused while using the NHS app and 111 online service. They did everything they could to help me. Much appreciated for their time!

Very expensive, no prices on products. Sore throat lozenges and spray cost £16.98 same else where £5 less.Only good thing is they are open late.

Fantastic pharmacy that is open late. I called late on Sunday to confirm they were open to collect a prescription I had just got from the out of hours GP. The lovely lady on the phone asked what medication was on my prescription to check they had it in stock before I made the journey. Upon arrival everything was ready for final checks. Great service and very efficient.

Made an emergency referral for a prescription, missed their call. Used this number to call them back they simply told me there was no referral for me and hung up.

Awful customer service. No hello, no can i help you? Just a blank baleful stare from the young lady who casually shuffled to the till. Proceeded to give me my medicine - in a bag with a hole in it - which led to the bottle dropping to the floor outside and smashing. I then had to insist they replace it at no cost to me as their bag was defective. The same woman was trying to push me to get another prescription from my doctor or pay for it again!! This is the 2nd time I've had a really poor service. Won't be using them again.######Have upped my rating from 1 star to 3 as the response from pharmacy was correct- my issue was resolved.

Can't be bothered to help. Go in after being sent by a doctor to pick up something for the pregnant wife. To then be told she can't have it. By the pharmacist. For the safety of the baby.Although we were sent by a doctor.A simple Google search shows you can take co codamol. Not for a prolonged period. But to be sent by a doctor. And then not given it...... StupidPrescription is not needed for low strength co codamol. In the sense of legality. I didn't need to tell you who it was for. Not in the dose you have for sale.Anything stronger would need a prescription. The same way I could buy ibuprofen from yourselves but that would be harmful to a baby.The excuse you used seems pretty redundant.

Great late night pharmacy. Called before the 25 min trip, they had what we needed. Rapid at making the prescription and worth the journey. Would go again no issue!

Quite literally the only pharmacy I could find open past 10pm within a 30 mile radius. They were also very helpful and friendly, even at 11:30pm on a Monday night.

The customer service here is utterly disgraceful. From all the pharmacies in Luton, this one is by far the worst. Went in to the store, counters open, no one around, after 8 mins someone turns up, not a "hi hello", just looked at me. I asked for ibuprofen, she gave me nurofen plus, bought a pack of paracetamols and a test strip which all added to £20. Quite extortionate compared to everyone else too.If the customer service was good, I wouldn't complain about the price but disgraceful customer service along with extortionate prices definitely a no go moving forward.
