Purchased a rocker chair a few weeks ago . When it came it had not been built properly. This was about 4 weeks ago we are still waiting for a new chair to be sent and the faulty one to be collected. Their customer service is terrible and no one seems to want to know. This chair cost a lot of money and as yet we don't have a chair fit for purpose. Will never buy from Dfs again. Recently purchased bed and mattress on clearance.
It was good value.
Tanvir and his team were professional bunch of active staff who provided good customer service and advised better.
The delivery was good and on time.
It was quick visit to DFS and got I needed at that particular time.
Thanks to DFS team especially Tanvir for your valuable advise.

Found a sofa that I liked. Brought it, that's when the issues started. I received a delivery date and time. No one arrived. Contacted the customer service number was told no the item would be delivered the following week between 7 am - 7 pm. So it got to the day. I received 6 calls informing me of various delivery times. The last one being between 9.15-9.50. nothing at 10.30 I got a call informing me they couldn't locate the sofa so no delivery today. I decided to go to the store that I purchased the sofa from to find out what was going on. No manager in. Just 2 guys that were very rude and unprofessional. They disappeared upstairs leaving me downstairs. After a while I decided to have a look around and actually found my sofa in 2 pieces at the back of the store with my name. When I finally found the guys again I was informed that I must be seeing things as all deliveries for today had been picked up. At this point I decided that if they were not prepared to deliver especially as if payed the £99. Delivering fee. I wanted a full refund they told me they don't do refunds. So I said why was the item not delivered? Still no answer. It's now Monday and the issue still has not been resolved. I'm not happy no goods and no refund. Not good practice. Will not be using them again.ever.

The store was clean and well-organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

Got some great sofa sets and interest free, can't really complain. Obviously alot prices contain the interest reflected in the prices.

Great selection of furniture... we found the perfect sofa there after having looked everywhere... delivery was as estimated... just found coffee and lamp tables too... also has a warehouse with discounted furniture on display. Staff very helpful and well informed.

Rude, unhelpful, got some dodgy bloke in a van to deliver my sofa, he told me it wouldn?t fit and charged me £100 in cash for the privilege.
