Was shopping for Christmas presents , took a while to be assisted by staff, but once found a member of staff , shopping experience was relatively pleasant.

Went to Luton branch VERY DISAPPOINTED. Man standing at door as we entered we asked him if he could help us with an iPad cover he turned to another lady asked her if she could help then that lady turned to another lady asked her to help then ALL THREE OF THEM JUST STOOD THERE. We walked off to find the covers on our own.Eventually the original man came over to help.I found this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when your adverts show that staff should be willing to help.3-1-2024

Poor service, unhelpful management lacking on customer service. Was refused to purchase an item for the displayed price (£2.0 difference). With no apology, I decided to return all the items and left!

No one to serve nothing customer service is horrible they look at you like who are you we can't help worst customer service and I would highly recommend to avoid!!!!!!!

Went into the branch and 3 members of staff were having personal conversations and ignoring customers. I had to interrupt to ask them to help me, and they were very rude and seemingly unwilling to help.In contrast to the Luton branch, I visited Watford and they were very attentive and professional, so clearly an attitude issue with the staff at Luton.

Rubbish customer service,,no manners in the manager call Kurt.. you have to wait there,they have no time for the customer's will find them all the time at the front door chating and laughing.i am surprised that this store is letting the entire company down for many years.customers keep reporting the issue by reviewing but nothing has been done to sort this problem out.

I hadn't been to a Currys in ages. But I went out of my way to go to the Chaul End Lane outlet and was disappointed.I had three purchases in mind including a television. When I asked about what Panasonic's they had I was told "no one buys Panasonic anymore. Look around, there are none here" (Um, there are 24 available online via Curry's).Then as I scanned various QR codes to get more product info, none worked or info that came up was for different products. Several mid-priced tv's weren't on.Looking at the displays, Curry's seems to be trying to push high-end televisions. There are many stores that offer better service for that.I had been to the Curry's in Wembley the past year and thought the store looked great. Perhaps management in Luton should take a good look at their own shop then check out other outlets.I entered planning on spending £2,000 on three products. I took my business elsewhere.

If it was at all possible to give a minus star review i would. The so called deputy manager Sharma is a joke no customer service skills at all, her attitude is disgusting! Hands in pocket and shrugging her shoulders when she was challenged, has no idea what so ever of how to deal with customers ! For her attitude i will never buy from currys again !! She needs some serious training !!

See something you want online go to see if they have it instore course not they have the overpriced version though.....only found that out after walking around the store hunting for help for 10 mins

I feel the need to post now after several disappointing experiences. The last 3 times now I have been waiting over 10 minutes to receive my order.At one point I was waiting for over 20 minutes!Today it was incredibly frustrating as I was being served by staff who had clearly not had the adequate training. Its getting a bit boring and annoying that I have to wait for 10 plus minutes to receive and order. I think that currys needs to re evaluate it's collection process as it is really poor. Staff need to be properly trained as well to increase speed and efficiency.

Waited in the queue for over 5 minutes, only one person serving and EIGHT members of staff hanging around the tills chatting and having a laugh. Only when I said something did they move and actually work to get through the queue. Products are great but the staff are a joke.

Staff were fine but returned one of the items later the same day. Now in dispute with parking company who claim I stayed for over four hours. Hit with a £175 fine when I have not done anything wrong is so stressful. With never use again

A very good service from Mahir, I went to pick my phone which I ordered a few days ago in the store, the staff member who charged me for the phone then, did not bother to apply the discount. After a few days I went to pick up the phone which I ordered in the store, Mahir gave me a discount and my money back in the card without me asking for it. I'm hoping to see more helpful staff members like Mahir in the store again.
