Probably the worst customer service you can get in luton , Please avoid and stay away from these guys , The sales people are very rude. Nightmare experience with these people today . They don't know how to communicate with their customers.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Currys the other week when I went to buy my PS5. I was greeted wonderfully by a young lad called Malaki, who took the time to ask how my day was going and was incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he help me with my purchase, but he also gave me some great tips on fixing a fault with my Amazon Firestick remote which worked like a charm. After buying the PS5, he even offered to carry it to the car for me since I had my little one with me. Truly excellent customer service, and I?ll definitely be coming back again.

Bas customer services staff all stand round talking to each other and when u ask a question get told look online then they carry on talking without trying to help you more

I had a very bad experience today, because the manager in this store spoke very badly, with disgust, she does not know how to communicate and work with buyers. I was very humiliated by her .I came to buy a dyson hair dryer, which was written as being on sale and with the purchase you have a 50 pound gift card, the manager at the store said that she did not want to give me the card because it is no longer valid. In this case the manager is not responsible for the work that she does not do according to the rules and the buyer is misled and misinformed. This employee does not know how to apologize for not informing and satisfying the buyer. I hope the administration to be responsible to take action please and choose corect employees. Thank you.

I can see why this company has generally such poor overall reviews nationally . We Purchased a washing machine which after only 3 months it wasn?t draining . We went to the store waited an age to speak to a lady on the desk only to be told that if we we blocked it ourselves ie with a sock or clothes ?? we may have to pay for a repair ( fair enough ) also were told that we may have to deal directly with manufacturers which I believe is not the case ( I think legally where you purchase an item they should deal with this ) . Eventually someone came out and repaired it and it was sorted out just fine at no charge . The initial process felt like a lot of hassle and poor customer service and lack of basic training and courtesy which was a shame because it was easily sorted.eventually . . Having had this experience we decided to try JOE GRAHAM and son ltd .Cosgrove way and we have been since buying our white goods from this long established company and had excellent customer service.

member of staff (works in the mobile phone part)kept looking at the rest of staff while I was talking to him why do you keep looking at your staff while I'm talking to you (pulling funny faces when not looking).
2nd time went in sarah (lovely lady used to work for comet ) was serving me in regards to a tablet case 2 other members of staff were shouting at each other across the shop i actually stopped talking to Sarah as it was so loud this was on 17/01/25 Sarah was absolutely brilliant really helpful polite professional the other two members of staff who were shouting at each other across the shop it doesn't create the right impression Peter who works on t.vs very knowledgeable knows what he is talking about no high pressure sales technique good honest advice let's you make your own choice well done Peter and Sarah
