Would give 0 stars if i could. Got 1000 NOK in exchange for ?160 euros. Got cheated ?70 just like this. Ridiculous, it is no wonder they can still afford the rental in the airport, through cheating money.

They gave me ?32 for exchange of £40. You decide. Oh and do not believe good reviews here, because they are part of the same gang. And they blame you for not realising their charges and rates , instead of admitting how extorting they are.

As with the other reviews, I wish I had read these beforehand.Exchanged 180£ worth of polish currency and received 75£ worth of Icelandic currency. Lost 105£ in the space of a 2 minute transaction.They will take advantage of you rushing in the airport, I received no comparison, or receipt or any evidence of the transaction.For all I know they just took the money.Don?t use this, this should be illegal.

Wow wow wow ,whats going on with this place? I wish I read the reviews before I trasted you to make my holiday so unhappy ? How come you are located in Luton Airport with such a bad reviews ? yesterday we been serve by Monica,we was very nice to her and ask her to help us to exchange us some £ in egyptian money and to make us understand how much is 200 egyptian pounds in £ ,she told us 200 egyptian are nearly 11£.also we exchanged 506£ wich she gave us only 12000,we was rushing to our plane so we trasted her and we went .wen we come to Egypt we then release she didn't give us enath money .we are coming buck to sort this out,you ruin our holiday and to be honest we trasted you Monica,we was in Luton Airport not in some scam cuntry. You ruin our family vacation for Xmas wich we was saving for so long by working so hard everyday ? ?

For 600 JOD they charged me 870 GBP, when the spot rate was about £670. That's £200 they're making.I was in a rush and didn't check - so that's on me. But a warning to others - don't go here.

I wanted to exchange some pounds for Turkish money. I ask just for £25.The lady nearly force me to exchange more. Thanks God I refused.On Turkish airport price was 5x cheaper than Luton airport price. Out of airport was even cheaper.This Currency Exchange point is a facw to face SCAM.

The sellers straight sold me 2,400 EGP for £104.36. I didn?t use it and when I came home and exchanged all the EGP back I received £50.88. Not including the service fee I lost ~£45 in the exchange as the rate change group gave was 24.15 and a currency exchange near home gave 47.1687. Maybe someone can help me understand how these two rates could possiby be that different as I don?t, unless the British pound crashed on the 12th and I wasn?t made aware. In any case, if that was the actual difference in exchange rates the seller should not have allowed me to exchange it or should?ve warned me about it. It is so cruel to allow an exchange like that to even occur. I understand airport currency exchanges are expensive but this is just absurd. I didn?t doubt the exchange rate at the time of purchase because I didn?t realise they could scam people like this. I am complaining in the hopes of saving some poor future soul the same fate. Don?t go here.

One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had, the teller couldn?t recognise Australian notes and had to ask me what currency it was.Then they had to convert it to pounds before converting to euros. $360 AUD converted by a google search was ?216. I ended up getting ?126 after their servicing costs. ?90 euros lost through this ridiculous mistake.

Exchanged 500 euros in Luton on 22/05/23, I had pointed out I was not flying back go Luton but Gatwick instead. Ahmed informed me that this was OK as there was a changegroup there. Today I landed in gatwick to be told that it has to be the SAME airport if its at an airport location. The receipt also says this however after Ahmed already answering my question I didnt think to check the T&Cs. Absolutely disgusting as the only reason I exchanged so much is because I had the trust I could get the same rate back.Absolutely disgusting. Poorly trained staff. Poor rates. Avoid at ALL costs
