Cockroach in the whole costa on the sofa they were crawling on the pastries
I?m disgusted and will never go there to think I?m allergic to cockroaches aswell and they so pathetic no hygiene nothing

Very bad staff they're not provisional they bring the bad attitude from their country I was good customer spending at least 15 pounds every day at costa but not anymore.

Average Costa, lovely staff, but they have a big problem with people coming in to steal and there can sometimes be shouting/screaming/yelling and drama

The hot drinks were *extremely* hot (to the point where I'm questioning the calibration of their machines) and the floor and seating was extremely dirty and in disarray. The seats material was ripped and very dirty - clearly hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Same goes for the entrance mat - very dirty and had extremely old gum on it.
If I didn't know this was a Costa I'd assume it was a run down cafe run by a couple just running out the clock until retirement, not a nationwide leading coffee chain. Absolutely shameful.

Staff are rude they are warning people to leave store
Even we public wait 5 min for partner or frnds they are loosing words and customers lol
I can order 1000 coffees if i want but Remember store manager your staff cant take words back
