I am an Uber rider, and I want to bring an incident to your attention. Today, at Wigmore Lane Co-op in Luton, I went to collect an order after 1:15 PM. During the interaction, a woman was extremely rude to me, which was not the first time?she behaved similarly during Christmas as well.
I politely asked her not to be rude to riders, but she seemed displeased and subsequently reported me to Uber. Unfortunately, because of her report, I have been unable to work for a day.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter, as I feel the report is unjustified. If you need any further details or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have informed it to the store manager also.

They charge me £3.60 for some food that me and my friend were going to have.It was the first bit of food for the day.The payment goes through but they say it failed and that I will get my refund in 1 or 2 days.I had no other money in my account and had to walk home for an hour hungry.By the way they knew their card machine wasn't working properly that day and they still allowed it to be used.Thanks for nothing co-op

I frequent this store regularly for convenience, been going for years.All the staff seem to have good customer service, bar one.Lita - The middle aged white woman.I can see she's not the friendliest so I always make sure I'm a pleasant customer to her. This won't matter if you catch her on an off day, she will take it out on you.She's spontaneously once asked me for ID when's she served me for years, typical snidy comments you might get from someone off the street, I could go on and on...All from imperceptible slights that she doesn't like, extremely temperamental.I feel really sorry for her Co-workers, she must cause so many issues for them.Shame it's hard to get rid of staff who aren't performing in the UK, maybe reduce her hours to something she can cope with?

Very disappointed with an uber order we placed with this store. Half of our order was missing. We rang the store several times. They didn't answer the phone. So we left a voice message. No one returned our call. As a last resort we went to the store. On entering the store, we spoke to a member of staff called Lita. As soon as we mentioned the problem with our order, she said she'd had a long day and the store was short staffed. I suggested this might be the reason mistakes were made with our order. At first she told me the order was complete and everything was in one bag. When I pointed out it was impossible to fit the order in one bag, she suddenly remembered packing 2 bags!! She tried to blame the delivery driver for the missing items. He arrived at our house with just one bag. Lita obviously put our order together in a rush and left half the items on the shelf. After reading the reviews for this store, it would appear this is not a one off. We won't be ordering anything from this store again. It's not worth the hassle.
