The lady in the till misbehaving with delivery driver. Very pathetic

I am an Uber rider, and I want to bring an incident to your attention. Today, at Wigmore Lane Co-op in Luton, I went to collect an order after 1:15 PM. During the interaction, a woman was extremely rude to me, which was not the first time—she behaved similarly during Christmas as well.
They charge me £3.60 for some food that me and my friend were going to have.It was the first bit of food for the day.The payment goes through but they say it failed and that I will get my refund in 1 or 2 days.I had no other money in my account and had to walk home for an hour hungry.By the way they knew their card machine... read full comment
