This place is a joke. The store clearly says it closes at 11pm?both online and on the door?but staff kicked everyone out at 10:50pm, saying they were closed. No apology, no explanation, just rude and dismissive. If you?re too lazy to stay open until your posted hours, don?t advertise them. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers? time. Won?t be returning, and I wouldn?t recommend it to anyone.

very disappointed and truly saddened. I recently bought a bunch of bananas?about 12 pieces?but their condition was unacceptable. They looked terrible, bruised, as if they were rotting. Honestly, they seemed almost poisonous inside, which is extremely concerning, especially since my wife is pregnant.
As a regular customer, this experience makes me feel very let down. Additionally, the staff were completely careless about customer service. They were unprofessional and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly suggest you train your staff on how to treat customers properly.
I say this with experience?I have been working in the food industry for 13 years, and such standards are unacceptable. Please take immediate action to improve both the quality of your produce and the professionalism of your staff.

Order did not match with what i got, eggs were broken, I've never had a delivery experience like this with other supermarkets, was charged wrong amount also. Definitely do not order from here online. Called the store direcrly but they did not answer the phone.

This coop always busy and under staffed

Ordered through Ubereats, most my items were to make some sandwiches, even though i requested to add substitute if an item is not available but the staff ignored it, and they did not add bread to my order, which is literally the main thing i needed. I called the store while the driver was still there, and the staff was quite dismissive and did not wanted to help. Really poor service to be honest!

My recent visit to Co-op Luton left much to be desired. Despite being a regular customer, I encountered a distressing lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff. I recently had a disheartening experience at Co-op Luton that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. While patiently waiting at the till for assistance, I observed one of the staff members engaged in a casual conversation with a colleague instead of attending to their duties.When I politely requested assistance, the response I received was not only dismissive but also condescending. The staff member advised me to ?be patient in life,? implying that my time and needs were inconsequential compared to their personal conversations.To compound the issue, another staff member intervened, suggesting I use the self-checkout and emphasizing that they were ?not a robot.? This dismissal of my request for assistance, coupled with the insistence on self-service, only added to the disappointment and sense of being undervalued as a customer.This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service standards is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance in the store. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff members but also on the overall reputation of the store.I urge the management to take proactive measures to address these issues and ensure that all staff members prioritize customer needs and uphold the standards of professionalism expected in a retail environment.

They use Just eat and I ordered and they pretended they delivered which they did not. So they stole my money. I called co-op and some guy dismissed me and told me he didnt know which driver. Really? Great operation you have going there. He told me to call just eat but of course they dont have a number. So avoid them unless you want to be stolen from.

Their Amazon delivery packages need to be more organised . They just shove all the packages on a tiny shelf and then every time they struggle to find my parcel
