for my sons birthday I booked a slot between 6 and 6.30 and they came before that so now when we can eat at Iftar , our food will be cold. I tried to call but their number isn't working.

Be warned : bought 2 lots of their 'special deal' ie extra £2:99 for a drink and 10 mini chicken balls or 5 spring rolls, when bought with a boxed meal. Got two 'special meal deals to take away, but when got home and opened the bags only 3 spring rolls and 5 mini chicken balls. The woman knew exactly what she was doing as very quickly went to serve someone else once handed the bag over. (Plus no receipt given )So check your order before walking away !

I ordered Hot Wok for 2 through uber eats & they missed the 10 spring rolls item. I tried to call them but the store phone number was unreachable. Awful experience.

Asked for a £7.99 box got 1/2rice and 1/2 nooleds then my 2 toppings +1 extra typing I payed by card and off home to eat with my mate .To my surprise it had all been crammed into a small box with is £6.99 but I paid £8.79 so not happy at all and to top it all off there phone number don't work so could not complain so only 1 stare not worth the money at all . Will Not be going back. I don't recommend it at all. David.

Nice food, lovely people, but always whenever i order online i always have stuff missing from my order, either for me or my partner and it?s so frustrating, last time im ordering from this place which is a big shame.

The staff especially there is a young lady, her attitude and behavior is not good. I am waiting for any of the staff to take my order. But staffs, the lady ignored me and take other customer order as i am waiting for a while. Again another staff came to take orders and ignored. Its not a good service.the food is very good.

I have stopped buying from the shop,but I returned for my son order!
More disappointed than last time,and noticed that the food recipe is not the same,the shop is looking worse and dirty!
Hopefully I don?t have to come back again!
