I went to this restaurant along with my friends , we have ordered 3 portions of quarter chicken with rice and order served intime but the rice served for us is not cooked well it is semi cooked and very dry rice we got in our plates and we have informed to the person who is in the service section but the person behaviour is very rude and he is using very vulgar language and then we went to that person and asked for call the manager but he is not responded for that and he didn?t called the manager and said that if u want to eat u can eat otherwise go, so we went out side with out any discussion with the word eat guy who is in the counter.
We faced very worst experience in uk for the first time. In my view I won?t suggest this place for food, very dangerous ! If only single person is there he is going to threat as well , his attitude like that it is showing outside very clearly!??

I have ordered 3 quarter chicken with cupsarice for eat in but the rice and chicken is like dry andthe rice is like frozenso we asked the serving person about this and his behaviour is not at all good and he is using vulgar language then went off from the place without paying . Please make sure that keep the rice fresh one and cooked once

Today I ordered a meal at 12.20pm and after an hour decided to call the store to be told that they did not receive my order due to their machine not being turned on. This order was made directly via their website. He then advised that he has spoken to the delivery guy and that my order is cooking and he will give me a free drink for the inconvenience. Completely frustrated and hangry by this point, I decided to agree as my order had already been paid for. 2 hours later? I call the store again, by this point I am fuming! He told me that he cannot process my order at this time. So when was he going to call me to let me know this, further more he then proceeded to tell me that I myself must contact the delivery company to get my refund. I categorically told him that it is not my job to contact your delivery company for a refund and after back and forth I asked to speak to a manager he then said he was the manager, even more shocking!! He proceeded to state that he will contact the delivery company for my refund. I am waiting 3 days for my refund and if it?s not processed I will personally make my way the shop. This is not the first time they have messed up my order but I give the benefit of the doubt. After my experience today I will never order from them again

A very welcoming restaurent if you wishing to try something different.The menu contain a decent selection to tempt your taste buds.Parking: There is on street parking and be warned the wardens do patrol.thr area. Save yourself the bother buy a parking ticket.
