I feel like I was racially profiled at this store. Went in to sell an item I own, told me to come back 30/40 mins later.. gave a poor excuse that they could not accept my item (barely used fully working ink tablet). Didn't make a fuss went to Paymore down the high street and was out the door in 15mins. I bought my first console (Sega Saturn) at CEX wayback it's a pity.

I can?t believe I sold my ps4 pro for £37, got ripped off big time, but since I had no time to sell it anywhere else because so busy with work, I let it happen. Never again will I let that happen

Not open on time
I came to collect a game at 9am before I start work at 9.45 now 9.22am and not open... i have to go to work now ?
No signage says they open at later online says 9am

Would give 0 if i could. Have used in the past and sold some dvds. An elderly family member went in and was offered £2 for 200 dvds - equalling 1p a dvd. What an insult, disgusting!

Supportive staff and good to buy cheap and better second electronic products i.e. games, phones, laptops, cd, gaming CD etc. lot to see, jump in once to explore it.
