BEWARE OF OVERINFLATED BALLOONS
Ordered two balloons today for £8 each.
The employee overinflated one of the balloons and it spontaneously popped when we got home.
To the workers and any customers make sure your balloons are not overinflated or you may risk ruining a birthday.

Amazing customer service from Abbie and Dawn!! A decor company cancelled on me on the day of the event and I had no time to sort decor. Abbie and Dawn both went above and beyond to help me with the balloons and everything and were able to make everything happen! I was able to go ahead with the event and I truly appreciate and recommend them.

The staff are extremely rude.

Rude staff went there today, still 2 minutes to 6 they said two minutes left, we just needed a card is which we got within seconds,they turned lights off while we were inside and locked the door from inside on us, still one minute to 6 refused to take payment and kicked us out. Never happened yo me before I have myself worked at customer service, never behaved that way to customers, staff needs training

It's was all nice `n cozy. I just ? the smell of nice, fresh paper, and calming air freshener. It didn't have the pens I was looking for though, I'll check for it later. Btw, they need more pens, / stationary, Ik their name is " 'Card' Factory", but still.

The lady in the till doesn't know how to talk to the customers especially Asians.She was very rude, insulting us in front of other customers.This is the card factory in Luton I am talking about.I saw she was talking very rude to other customer and my turn came she was very rude to me which is very embarrassing for me in front of of other customers.I didn't purchase from there.very much stressed....

I?m so disappointed. I purchased a balloon (butterfly) for my mum today to put at her grave but when I took it out the bag it sank to the ground! The guy in the shop was also very rude I don?t recommend buying a balloon from here unless you can blown it up yourself.
