I want to highlight the attention of the staff, both when I go to pick up my medications and when I went to get vaccinated.If there is any problem, they do everything possible to find the best solution and always with a smile and kindness.I really recommend this pharmacy because of its staff.

The new staff at Calverton Pharmacy are appalling; the young women who is the medicine dispenser is so rude and lacked any customer skills. I have never witnessed such bad manners, with condescending interactions towards customers. The old staff and pharmacist used to be so friendly and helpful. I definitely won't be going there again.

Excellent service received from the staff at this pharmacy. My medications were clearly explained to me by the lovely pharmacist, he was very patient, calm and I did not feel rushed. I felt very reassured when leaving the pharmacy. Thank you to all the staff! I shall definitely be using their service again!

Very poor customer service I received from Calverton pharmacy, staff was having their lunch on shop floor and touch medicine without washing hands, also not caring customers at all, queues were out of door and nobody was bothering to sort it out. I had couple of time experience and every time terrible service. Please anyone look at this and fix this?

Staff wonderful. Disabled driver brining 95yr mum for booster (blind, deaf & poor mobility). They came out to car & gave her the booster. Thank you all the staff. Very much appreciated.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Went above and beyond when taking a disabled elderly relative for their booster jab here. It saved a lot of time and effort by simply coming out to the car and doing the vaccination whilst sat in the car. So much easier for everyone all round. Thank you again for being kind and helpful.

Really great service. I actually went to have my covid booster and flu jab but I got so much more. Firstly most gentle jabs I have ever gotten. I didn't even feel a scratch from my covid jab. Secondly such friendly service. The man I saw had a fantastic personality and I felt really wanted to help me. I am and have long been very overweight. I have been changing my habits and have been doing really well. We spoke about this at the same time. He gave me really great advice, websites to look at, and a new way of looking at things. Really great 5* service.

I had very bad experience with one of them staff. I don't want to mention his name. But he's young man. 4 days ago I have been in pharmacy. I asked him about identity my kids photo for British passport he said yea that's fine. He'll do it and it's £20 charges for per person I said okay. And than I have been again for tell him. Please can you do it now? He said to me you need to bring your kids with you so I'll see them and than do it. But again when I have been today morning he just told to his colleague tell them. I'm busy at the moment I can't do it now like he's totally ignored me. This is really worse experience bcz I'm pregnant as well and very hard to go with my kids.Very very very bad experience
