I have now left this surgery due to their disgusting, rude receptionists, the management of this surgery is appalling, thankfully I have now seen what a decent surgery looks like and how it?s run, Good luck to anyone getting an appointment or getting past their unprofessional receptionists.

I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment. Every time I get on this ridiculous online booking system, it's already at capacity. I can't talk to anyone because the phone lines are always engaged or they're all on the hour "training" at lunch.I haven't needed to see a doctor for over a year and at this rate I will never see a doctor ever again.I've even tried going through the admin portal on there to ask for help and I've been ignored.Lucky I don't have a condition that may turn life threatening if left unchecked! I could end up as one of those excess deaths healthcares are baffled by.Oh and they don't hold appointments for their own registered patients, but do hold appointments for 111 patients, I found that one out last year.Can't review the actual doctors there as I can't remember the last time I saw anyone there.

No system is perfect, catches will be dropped sometimes, and same day appointments are extremely hard to get in almost any surgery in these stressful times.However, I'd like to thank the team at Caddington surgery as I genuinely believe they do try their best to help, and I've always found them polite and friendly. I've needed their help a lot with my dad's care recently, and they've been nothing but helpful and supportive.Many thanks!

Very difficult to get through to make an appointment. The triage system has made it just slightly easier to make a request for bloods etc. GPs are great when you get to them but that is the issue- it?s very difficult get through to see someone

I'd like to update my review to be less than 1 star if possible but its absolutely not.Try and get an appointment by going through the portal at 08:35 and they are all gone already. Call the surgery and basically get told you need to be quicker and its tough luck. Appalling service

I absolutely dread ringing this surgery because the receptionist have to be the most rudest staff, they speak over you, are so dismissive and then just put the phone down !after waiting 30mins on hold .This woman picks up the phone and said it?s an emergency line, I said yes I have an emergency and she said are you having a stroke ? I replied no and she slammed the phone down ! Disgusting level of service. It?s a shame they have employed someone in this position when people need to show more empathy for people ringing in !

Genuinely the most useless surgery in the area. I feel absolutely dreadful, and have gone (in person) to book an appointment, only to get turned down due to 'online booking only'?That was never broadcasted to any patients within the surgery, and multiple people had the same problem in person, and on the telephone...With their system, I have to predict when I'm going to get ill! As Online booking's nearest slot is next week.I don't think there's one competent doctor in that surgery.

At times they?ve been pretty goodAt times absolutely awfulIf you?re lucky enough to navigate the telephone or the latest ?triage? system you might get an appointment. That appointment may not be at the surgery with a doctor , It may be at a health centre.If you fill out the triage form incorrectly you?ll get a lecture, difficult when you?re feeling unwell.Dr Ogbeta Is unhelpful and obstructive, you?re really not allowed an opinion about your own health.She could do with some people skillsThe better doctors there are Dr Luckhurst and Dr White . There?s also a gentleman Doc who?s ok.The receptionists are generally pretty helpful but yet again depends on who you get . There?s one lady who?s particularly niceThere also doesn?t seem to be any continuity regarding a particular illness. It gets really wearing explaining over and over again without a resolutionAverage Surgery luck of the draw regarding treatment.

Disgusting receptionist Mary who was in the mood ton let my wife do her work.shee could not insult or try and insult my wife enough in front of the whole waiting room well that was a wrong move while I have been in hospital for some weeks the surgery has been sending some of my prescription prescriptions somewhere else but apparently this is not the surgery's fault this is my wife's faults she asked my wife to sort it out disgusting she should be fired

After a few issues when we first signed up about 18 months ago, have never has a problem speaking to or seeing someone. Receptionists usually very helpful and sympathetic.
