Luton Airport airside Luke warm burger meal Food can not be served Luke warm like this. Avoid this place until their standards are improved. They know being airside that business will be busy regardless but serving luke warm burgers is a norm for them. Not acceptable

Awaiting flight to Alicante, very busy but order was ready pretty quickly. I had chicken royal with regular fries & a latte all for £9.64 which didn?t seem a bad price as you pay more at the airport. Managed to find a table thankfully.

There was bacon in my cheesy fries and a hair in my burger. Extremely unhygienic! It really put me off Burger king as a whole.

Horrible food, do not go here, the staff are horrible and have no people skills, there are much better options at this airport so avoid this place at all costs

Cold and stodgy food. No tray provided for carrying food for an 'eat in' order. No napkins to be seen. Dirty everywhere, in an mostly empty restaurant. 40p for 1 pot of brown sauce with a £12 burger meal. BK is usually better quality than its direct competitor, but not here.

Having flown out of Luton for many years. It was nice to finally have BK airside! I was served by Wayne. His customer services skills were amazing very thoughtful. Wayne is an absolute credit to your team.

Incredibly expensive burger! Old chicken filet inside, nearly zero other ingredients! Worst burger and food I had in my all life! I can said with all responsible that it was worst than from any of the chicken places in London! Never again! Better get sandwich from supermarket!

Bland bland bland. Burger was tiny, it was lukewarm, bacon was pale and limp, and cheese hadn?t even melted. Flame grilled taste? It didn?t really HAVE any taste. And it was expensive £20 for 2 ?meals?.

The food was ok. It could be better. The staff was nice. They were ready to take my order. And they were quick to prepare it for me. So the only problem was the food . I expected more from it. But it?s not too bad.
