Very good, I have been using boots for more than 30 years and have the services that I require such as my contact lenses options. Some other opticians do not offer my requirements.

Have had three appointments at this location and each time was pleasant. The ladies in the front are so polite and accommodating and do all the staff was always prompt. Never waited more than 10 minutes after appointment time to be seen or had any bad experiences. I?ve even referred a few friends and family and they also love the location.
The eye test was thorough, everything was explained clearly, and I felt well cared for throughout. Happy to recommend their service.

Hates my experience with Boots. They said I'd be getting solution alongside my contacts and I did not. I payed without direct debit since with direct debit it takes 3 months for lenses to arrive and now I can't even return the monthly lenses. I don't recommend buying contacts from here at all

I was seen promptly. The equipment were cleaned before me, which is reassuring. The staff were patient and thorough in their assessment of my eyes. Every concern I had, was looked into. I felt reassured and they explained what symptoms to look out for and when to seek urgent help. I was also given a leaflet written in an easy to understand language.
