Looking at other reviews I can already understand that nothing will be done after my review as well but I just want to bring it to your attention that the lady who works near the till is rude and racist, I don't think she knows she works in boots and customer facing is her bread and butter. Really patronising and petty behaviour. Won't be visiting this store again for sure.

?I had a very pleasant experience at Boots Luton airport especially services provided by IVANA & ALIYAH. Both of them were very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would highly recommend ? % Boots as top priority for shopping as the customer service was excellent.

They stop selling the basic,cheapest toothpaste and nivea shower cream while still available at Stansted airport?what a rip off!Bring back the 45 p toothpaste!Also I have asked for a sciccors to able to use the dressing I bought and they dont have any?!How opening packaging then?

My partner needed motion sickness pills in Luton airport. You would think that, if an airport pharmacy would carry anything, it would be this.No luck apparently? An airport that doesn't sell pills to prevent air sickness and vomiting in flight? This lack of basic operational efficacy is becoming increasingly common, and seems to be a true reflection of English cultural values and priorities.
