The security at this store follow you around constantly just for the way you dress/look. I came into the store to buy 3 £100+ aftershaves totaling nearly £400 and a few bits and pieces that probably would of amounted to me spending over £500, while looking at the aftershaves I quickly noticed the guard who was by the door for about 10 mins prior( I know this as my little brother was getting candy floss and a slush from the stall outside) the moment I walked in he decided to move to near the aftershaves and stay there the entirety of me looking, I could feel the tension and instead of saying something I walked out without making a purchase, this was down to the security guard making me feel incredibly uncomfortable

Why is the baby department upstairs when most mums (and dads) would visit with their babies in a pram? To make things worse the lift is broken.

Always need to wait alot for checkup. They don?t care even if a new born needs a feed at home. Waited for more than 2 hours.

Pharmacy was empty but had to wait as the pharmacists were talking to each other about their personal life. Finally one of them decided to come to the till with the utmost nauseated look on her face and didn't even bother answering my questions...gave me the silence treatment for having the audacity to interrupt her chat with her collegue.Highly recommend you hire people who are actually qualified for the job. And also some treatment for nausea.

Popped in to buy perfume and didn?t really know what I was supposed to get. Lady behind the counter was brilliant. Recommend a product that was actually cheaper than the one I?d originally chosen. Was very well received as a present as well. Couldn?t ask for more.
