It is like these guys are stuck in the 70?s. Customer service is almost non-existent. They are devoid of smiles, ?thank you??s, urgency. They look at you with blank stares. They most of the time don?t have answers to your questions and are painfully slow with everything. I know it is a different market, but take some basic lessons from Costco!

The self scanning facility is a game changer. I used to hate having to go to bookers and now I love it. Even better than Costco because you can go in pick up what you need pay quickly and go unlike the massive queues you get at Costco.

Friendly nice staff. First time visiting and all the trolleys are gone. I guess it is busy for Christmas but didn't seem too busy inside.

Products good. Easy to navigate but the staff can't be bothered to help you unfortunately. Don't think they want to be there. Overcharged and no apology! No interest in you or what you've bought. Such a shame. Used to be a happy place to buy all our catering needs.
