Very poor customer service, staff are abusive towards customers, cannot refrain from dressing down customers in front of others. Poor manners no people skills, like to vent their anger out at any given opportunity. Filthy place, needs an overhaul of management too much nepotism.

Bestway Luton is part of Bestway Cash and Carry Group. Excellent customer service and nice and clean cash and carry/warehouse. They sell all products ranging from catering to grocery and confectionery to non food. Only open for retail and businesses. Facility of click and collect order. Open 7 days
