Belvoir Luton were recommended to me and I have not been disappointed. I have found them to be a friendly and efficient family run letting agent. They found a very suitable tenant and achieved the rental that I hoped for. Whenever a query has been raised it has been dealt with promptly.

I have rented my flat through Belvoir Luton for many years. I have mostly dealt with Adrian and have always received a brilliant service. In between tenants my flat was never empty for long, Adrian was always so quick to find me new tenants and quick to deal with any other problems too. He was always both friendly and professional. I have more recently dealt with Rees who is also very helpful. I have been with a couple of other agencies before but their services don't even come close to Belvoir. I would confidently recommend Belvoir to anyone!!

It?s been more than 6 months since I am renting my property from Belvoir.I have to admit, this is the first time I came accrues such a good state agent.?Everyone in the agency are very kind and helpful, Margaret, Reez, his dad.They are an asset for this company.They really take care of the property and the tenants.Any property related issue have always been dealt with high priority.You guys deserve 5 star for your great work.

Belvoir found tenants for our house very quickly. Adrian and Rees were professional, always responded promptly to our emails or calls and kept us informed on what was happening.We will certainly use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Belvoir Luton are one of the nicest estate agencies I have come across in Luton. Being relatively new to the renting system in the UK, I have always felt very supported by them. Belvoir were advertising a rental property that I was interested inrenting. I contacted Belvoir and agreed a viewing time and date.I saw the property and I was accepted as a tenant. All my dealings were with Belvoir and the process was dealt with by Rees and Margaret in a polite, helpful and professional manner. I have now been in the property for about 2 months and am happy with my property and Estate Agency choice.
