We went to celebrate a birthday. We were served by Hannah who was lovely and attentive. It was her first day on the floor and she did a fantastic job!
Food was enjoyed, apart from the burgers, that were over cooked and hard to eat. Chicken, ribs and steaks were all good.

If we?re lucky with traffic and there?s no holdups on the motorway on the way to the airport, then we?ll book a table at The Brache when we get close to Luton - it maybe a little bit cheaper than similar establishments inside the terminal and more wholesome than the fast-food outlets on the nearby retail park. On this occasion we were served by Scott, who was extremely professional, attentive, enthusiastic and communicative. He actually made our lunchtime meal into one of the best we?ve ever had at any Beefeater. We didn?t have to wait long for our meals to be served and when they arrived, they were hot and tasted delicious. We?ll be back!
Parking: It?s got its own car park!

It was adequate. Food was fine, what we expected. Premises badly in need of refurbishment.
Service was friendly and efficient, though. And it's convenient for the airport.

OH DEAR....THERE USED TO BE A NICE RESTAURANT THERE.. a very regular visitor as its my local. Been going for years..suddenly over the last year it's gone downhill and VERY VERY FAST .. constantly running out of items. Always has this grubby feel to it, the walls the carpet and I'm not even going to mention the waiting times for food.
Why has it gotten so terrible. Went for food few days ago and told there's no food unless you've prebooked....
THE PLACE WAS EMPTY . Please read this review and fix this and restore this once great eatery in luton back to the top where it rightfully should be.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. Our menu was discussed several weeks before the visit, and I was looking forward to enjoying the food with my colleagues, but being a vegetarian, I was informed that my main dish (Vegetable Wellington) was not available on the day.
I think the lack of communication made my experience unsatisfactory.
We were also told on the day that a dessert was also unavailable, which we originally ordered.
Vegetarian options: My choice was not available.

Christmas eve dinner. Very reasonably priced for a 3 course meal. Food very nice, no issues encountered. A few items not available at no fault of the restaurant, but this was not an issue for us. Staff very welcoming and friendly , our server Scott very attentive and friendly. Would recommend.

Christmas set menu was dreadful. Cheese fondue and pate come with two tiny sticks of bread so you?ll have two thirds of starter left with nothing to eat it with. If you ask for more bread, it?s chargeable which they don?t tell you at the time. The Turkey was horrendous. Spoke to Guest Relations who then palmed me off saying I need to get a refund from the restaurant and call them directly.
I spoke to a Stacey on 17/12/24 who guaranteed a callback from Pat the manager on 18/12/24. Of course, I get no callback.
Have spoken to ?Manager? Pat since. Received no apology for no callback and she was honestly the rudest, most arrogant ?manager? I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to in my life. She?s one of those people that just constantly interrupts you and talks over you in an aggressive tone when you are trying to talk. Three times during the call when I was talking she just randomly started speaking to other people so clearly wasn?t listening. She comes across very disrespectful and rude. I dread to think how she talks to and treats her staff.
