I had booked a dermapen treatment and paid 38.5£ deposit. My daughter was with high fever and needed to get her to a&e for that reason I could not attend my appointment. Not mentioned anything when I rescheduled and after I had my treatment done it was mentioned I had to pay the full price of 77£. It mentioned to me afterwards. That?s so unfair trying to get money from people like that. I didn?t sign anything. Rriping people?s money. I am so disappointed.

I have just visited Beauty By Kate and I am really really happy with her service! She was very kind, polite and professional! I had waxing done which was very very scary for me but Kate did so well that I am going to a regular customer now!

Went in today for a wax this morning, i have never had one before.Kate was very patient with me and very was very communicative, as some one who suffers with anxiety I found this very grounding and helpful.The waxing its self was so surprisingly painless so thats an absolute plus. My daughter went here to have her teeth whitened very bad experience also they lied and said it was 4 to 8 shades better but you couldn't tell untill outside and see there was no difference and then she refused to give any money back. We will be taking it further if nothing is done.

I went here to get my teeth whitened and the price list said £100 and it whitens up to 4 to 8 shades. I spend 1 hour in there and £100 I took before and after pictures and you could tell no difference! I asked friends afterwards and they could also see no difference! I was so upset to realise this afterwards as I was really looking forward to having whitened teeth. I messaged the owner and all I was told that no refunds given! And was then ignored. I was really upset by this and really upset by the after service when I see that the treatment had failed. I will not be going again and hopefully people will not waste the money on the service and lack of customer care also. Really disappointed.

My very first time of being a customer to Kate.I did my research first and her business was among the highest rates on Google.Well deserved!I had Hollywood wax and I am not pain resistant person.However,my experience was extremely pleasant. I was really disappointed with the service I received. I had looked at the reviews before calling and booking an appointment and was really looking forward to my nails appointment. The appointment was for 11am and I was made to wait 40 mins. The worker (not the owner) told me she?d be a few mins which I was fine with and I appreciate that some times things run late but she was chatting away with the customer sitting in the chair and not conscious at all that I was being made to wait that long. I eventually decided to leave as it didn?t appear that this worker cared at all. Don?t think I?d be going there again unless maybe it?s a different worker.

I've had lots of bikini waxes at different salons and the one I had today with Kate was the best experience I've had by far. She did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable. She was very professional and was so thorough with what she was doing. It was easily the least painful wax I've ever had, I'm so pleased and would definitely recommend!!Service: Body waxing
