ALMOST A YEAR MY ORDER IS NOT YET FULFILLEDI previously bought a few items from the shop and came back for a shower screen.The shop has taken ages to deliver the screens. Up on delivery i was told they had ordered them wrong colour so i had to wait even longer.Once the order arrived the return panel was correct size but wrong colour.The two fixed panels were wrong size but correct colour metal .Upon numerous phone calls the shop started to ignore me over the phone so I started to make regular visits to shop.I have been told its my own problem. They will rectify it but i have to keep coming back to remind them so they do whatever they need to do to rectify.So, what will you do with my order and when?

I would give Kitchen & Bathroom Store the lowest rating they could possibly be due the lack of trust in product and very poor customer service delivered. We have been waiting for items to arrive nearly 3 months now, Items which we did receive were damaged and poor quality. Units and doors had to be cut again in size, due to the incorrect measurements taken from the staff member. This led to purchasing other kitchen appliances carefully as space was vital when that was not an issue before. Completely unacceptable. Bath store failed to deliver the ?perfect kitchen? as promised which is a shame as the upfront cost was given. Please save your time and money and DO NOT visit such place in Luton.Sent from my iPhone

Most appaling customer service went there looking for a sink waited for someone to help /assist but the guy was sat there talking to a customer for ages didnt even acknowledge he had customers waiting , he could have just said if we could wait whilst he dealt with the customer but no ...totally rude .

I have used Bathroom Store for many years and have found them to be honest and trustworthy. The products have been of the highest standard and management is always happy to replace any faulty items. The warranty they provide on products-up to 15 years is also unrivalled. Highly recommended.
