great store but I wish that the customer service and the Scan and Go systems were available well before 8am. Its annoying when you scan all your stuff at 7 am only to find you have wasted your time. I expect there's a cut off time in the evening too, no idea.

Tthe only choice for fresh meat over-the-counter halal? Whoever decided that fresh meat will be sold to a small portion of the population. Will shop elsewhere. Edited in 2025. The most expensive Fuel in the area, travel up the road to another well-known supermarket and save money on filling up your tank

this person introduced himself as a manager and unfortunately they do not make refunds after 8pm because they have such a policy, they do not have any informatio about this .... staff is useless, just like the manager rubish!!!!

That old guy name james I always have problems with him and I personally think he doesn?t like Muslim people and treats like thief bro needs a gentle reminder to treat people nice and equal.disgusting behaviour I received always from him .he is so rude towards Muslim people.i went today for click collect and disgustingly rude behaviour waiting was long then asked my name and he saw me I?m wearing hijab and abaya started treating me like a thief and i complained about him at kiosk .and I always do my grocery shopping from asda that behaviour is just unacceptable he showed racism towards me.

Usually have a decent enough experience but today I came in around 6-7pm to return an Amazon parcel. Went to the usual customer service kiosk and waited behind the customer who was doing a returns. Once it got to my turn the lady behind the kiosk practically yelled at me to go to the other kiosk (as if I was a dog or was hearing impaired). So off I went and the 2nd lady asked the 1st lady something and the 1st lady so patronisingly said ?don?t shout?. I know what it?s like working in customer service but I never yelled at a customer nor my colleague. That interaction really soured my day and I can?t fathom to think what the 2nd lady felt. She went red with embarrassment. We all have bad days, I can empathise with that but don?t take it out on customers just going about their day trying to run errands.

Perfect if you?re picking someone up from Luton Airport!
Why not make the most of the journey and plan a quick shopping trip while you?re at it? There?s plenty of parking available, and I highly recommend it.
Just ask whoever you?re picking up to message you when they reach the drop-off point. Let them know you?ll be there in 5?7 minutes. Easy! Pick-up and a bit of shopping?all in one trip.
Right, I?ve got to run. Oh, and it?s even open late for those super-late airport runs (by ?open,? I mean the car park!). If you?re planning to shop late, just double-check the store opening times.
Hope that all makes sense?typing this outside on a sunny day, so not easy to double-check everything!

Store looks a mess something out an apocalypse, inconsistent with food options - lots of empty shelves! 1000% a hovel of a supermarket- should be replaced with a Tesco!'s! Only positive is a selection of very helpful staff! Dont offer a just eat service when you cancel alllll the time

I purchased Kohinoor basmati rice as part of an offer for £18.58, but unfortunately, it contained with live insects inside. This is extremely disappointing. Customers should be informed that the product may contain rice weevils, so they can make an informed decision.

After years of disillusionment with this store after it was bought by Walmart, I was immensly impressed with the service received this week (BH Monday). Wanted to buy the very big and heavy garden dining set but had no way of managing on my own and my husband is disabled. The CS lady with long pink hair arranged for 2 porters to help break it down and pack into my car - everyone was brilliant and very helpful - our grateful thanks to you all x

Standards of this ASDA in Luton is well below other ASDA stores I have been to.
I have been a loyal ASDA customer for almost 18 years and been going into ASDA Park Royal, Colindale and Wembley Park.
ASDA in Luton - Empty aisles majority of the time and poor customer service.
