One lady has a Really bad attitude. Trying to return an item. It took her more than 10min to check the item, check receipt, check card number. Holding my phone a few minutes just to see the receipt email. From Her face, it looks like I own her money.

I had a very bad experience here. I bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 which was my Birthday present from my wife and daughter. The cost of the watch was £800.00. I bought the watch took it home and opened it.To my horror the box for the watch itself was unsealed and the watch inside was of not the colour that I had bought!!I got really alarmed!! I know how difficult it is to get a refund/exchange from Argos.I went straight back and the manager (I don?t want to name him here) was not helpful at all.He was rude and said we don?t know!! It could be you who did it.I?ll have to investigate and will take several days!!I felt so humiliated and frustrated and annoyed. He went and took half and hour or so and came back and said we will exchange the watch. When I demanded to know as what had happened he said the watch came from another store and nobody checked it!!I thanked God but thought what if there was no watch in it? Would they have believed me? It was £800 worth of money involved!! You don?t expect to receive unsealed package when you buy!!This is sheer negligence!! It was such a horrible experience that it took me days to recover from this ordeal!!

It's quite decent, till you have issues with product.It used to be quite simple with returning products (unwanted, notcompatible etc). Not anymore!When you purchase the item trough Argos, the moment you open the box, the staff WON'T BE ABLE to accept return. You don't have to even take it out from the box, when tape will be cut, the returning policy won't apply.

I purchased a TV from Argos, and while their advertisement promotes a fantastic policy of a 30-day return period for any product, it's crucial to note that if the product is opened, the return option is restricted. Exercise caution when dealing with Argos and be sure to thoroughly read their policies before making any purchases.

Rude and patronising. Their order machine returned results for micro sd card and I bought one. It turned out that it wasn't a micro sd. When I made staff aware, they told me that "it's my fault" and "they can't control what their browsing machine shows". They refused to accept the return.

The manager was very unhelpful. Keep in mind that each shop has their own policy and not a company policy is applied. The manager can treat a return however he likes it based on profiling, bad mood of his day ecc. better to buy online than in the shop at least the return policy is protected by law which is not the case of the in shop ones.

Absolutely frustrating that consumer rights have been violated by Argos. I bought the mobile phone yesterday and changed my mind to the item because of some faults which is safety issue , (Heating ) Store staff were so rude, no respect against customer and make a dramatic explanation not to return my items and also no answer my questions all of sudden they call police .It was very worst experience from argos customer service .I don?t want to buy any product from Argos coz they cheated us by providing nasty rules .Simply wasted my money ?.

Worst customer service.I bought a mobile phone and was not satisfied with it .It gets heat easily.Tried to return the phone the next day and they didn?t refund it even after the mobile phone company requested them to refund it because of the safety issue.They did all dramas and at the end Refused to take it back.
