I visited to Argos to return an item which I brought yesterday from them. It?s was very low quality and not usable. When I tried to return the item. They were telling that there are some marks on it and they can?t accept the return. And the service a got from the staff is horrible and not acceptable. And will not buy any items from Argos and not recommend to anyone. If anyone is planning to get something from Argos please think twice if the item is not good. They will not take it back. Argos management should train their staff well. Anyway they spoiled my whole day. And don?t want to see them again. There is no option to give zero star. They don?t deserve it.

Staff are very rude and unprofessional.I recently visited this store to return a faulty tablet which I bought from Argos first a member says show me fault when I trying to show fault then member of staff jump to another statement and refused to accept return giving me reason that tablet is from Amazon you need to contact with amazon which is totally madness because that is not my concern it?s between Argos and amazon.

This was next day delivery when ordered online and now two days.
In our case the next day order was not next day.

argos luto dunstable road some inexperienced people work there I ordered a phone 3 days ago and now the problem is there is no phone and every day they send me home with a new bill telling me that maybe it will be tomorrow that's how argos cares about its customers maybe it's time to try another store where they care about their customers

Shame on argos here hope area manager will see this! I wanna buying £1000 TV here cashier say sorry we cannot deliver to you have to be right address, sorry but address is still not in system yet can by week month year, I trying giving nearest address my house and asked cashier writing note information for delivery driver navigated him exactly for new address no we cannot do that you have to wait till address will be in system. Really PC Curry's don't have problem with address and seller person asked what will be best way navigated delivery driver there much better service from argos. No surprise argos is reduced with attitude like this they don't care about selling.

AVOID Argos services from this place. The Asian lady at counter is a great letdown to Argos's (usually outstanding service) I would give no stars if I could.She always creates unnecessary issue when it comes to returns.Maybe she wants to deter and discourage customers so they don't come there so she can do nothing and just chill on her phone all day WHILST getting paid!!!

Totally no sense...ordered a large item..they came to say there was no park so instead find it or take 2 mins to stop quickly and give me my item they just run away without say anything or what i have to do...so wasted my time and now new delivery in 10 days and i have to take day off cause can be whenever during the day...not even a star for this behaviour
