Nurul and his team were excellent. He gave excellent advice and explained everything very well. The price was reasonable and was on hand to help all the time. Professional and courteous and knowledgeable. His team were very quick to act when we had forgotten our tickets....they quickly emailed a copy to me and Biman were very happy to accept them. Fabulous work. I will be using them again.

Unfortunately echos most other bad reviews where they rip you off and keep your money when things go south with the airlines leaving you out of pocket. The point of using an agent is so that they deal with bookings and cancellations and you should be protected when an airline cancels.My relative asked to have one ticket out of a few tickets cancelled two months before a flight, they said they would charge £300 for it which was fine.The airline however cancelled all flights and the agent tells us we can?t go which was frustrating but what was worse is they made us pay £75 per person for an ?admin charge? even though it was not our fault. So what was the point of having an agent and they want us to handle claim. What a joke. However I will accept this even though it?s the airline fault and that the agent should claim from the airline direct.To top things off, we find out that the one ticket we initially tried to cancel that the agent charged us £300 for was actually cancelled by the airline.. once we raised this issue, the agent hesitantly after much argument returned £225 (having kept £75 for ?admin fee? ).Don?t bother using these cowboys. Book your own tickets direct. Money hungry scam artists.

Very bad experience with them and bad service will never ever use them or recommend them.they will use any excuse to rob your hard earned money.they are dishonest and very rude .Having a beard doesn't make you a good person.

The brothers with the beards on the path of Allah yet they very quick at putting you to the sword. The truth is money blinds most people and these mullahs are exactly the same. Unfortunately they don't have any more captions, just the four. I have a good few more I can add!
