I called him at 2 pm related to some pc issue and he said visit at 3 pm and l was their by 3 10, his shop was closed so l called him to ask when is he coming he said l am coming and l waited for almost 50 minutes in-front of his shop and he didn?t come then l went back, just a note dont open a shop if you dont plan to visit it wasted my time and money getting their.

Great retro shop with flexible choices of trade ins and shop credit a really swell shop, tho sometimes you have to wait its always worth it.

ATTENTION!!! People please do not buy anything from them. Ace Tech people are absolutely fraud and scammers, I have placed an order online also paid for the delivery charge it has been a month I still did not received my order yet. Now they are not giving me a refund or getting my order. I have already complained to UK?s National Fraud Crime Reporting Centre.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!Oh how I wish I read the reviews on google before making my way to this shop. No form of customer service! This man took my camera and told me it would cost a certain amount to get it fixed. In the end he never did. He's full of excuses as you can see from the way he replies the reviews about him too. No form of accountability and such a nonchalant attitude and response to everything. If you want to get your repairs for phones, cameras etc, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! He doesn't bother to give updates, he'll only waste your time and make it look like it wasn't his fault that the job wasn't done. He gave me back my camera in bits!! Not how I gave it to him! A very horrible person. I'm looking for every way to make sure his shop seizes to exist because he's a very manipulative and horrible person. I took my camera elsewhere and got the exact type of customer service I deserved even without dropping a penny. My camera is now working and no thanks to him!!

Terrible! Bought 3 items, waited over a week and I get an email that they only found one of my three ordered items. We agreed that they will look for the rest in a different warehouse. After over a week I messaged them if they found it and there was no reply. I sent an email again and still no reply, then I called them and they said that my order is shipped. With no information my order came over a month late and was incomple. I received one of my three ordered items and it was opened and had some damage. They refunded me but I still had to pay £15 for posting which wasn?t worth It as it was over half the value of the item. If they would message me earlier I would cancel the order but the communication with them is terrible. I don?t recommend buying from them, If something goes wrong with your order be aware that you won?t get any reply?s and any sorry for their mistake. You will have to pay for their mistake!

Never open when they have advertised that they are open. Travelled twice this week by train to this shop. Never seem to be open. Haven't replied to email sent.

I advise against any repair in this store! I gave a phone with a broken screen, I got a phone in return in the beginning in a different color and with different serial numbers and then after a week I got my phone with a damaged antenna, I advise against it! This store supports local junkies, which are always full in front of the store!!! you are just a cheater

Believing from own experience, had ordered call of duty advanced warfare for 360, they didnt turn up even after a number of calls and months waiting, Stole £10 plus what I paid on postage.. clearly shows also the real professional side to dealing with their customer after reading their replies to feedback. Not impressed, I work in a customer facing role with my job, and I dont treat customers like dirt, and yes, my job is also very busy.

I ordered headphones from their website and they sent me the wrong pair. I emailed them about this ages ago and have still not received any help from them to give me a refund or at least send me the right pair. Would not order from them again unfortunately, I try not to give poor reviews but this is not right.

I brought the 2 car amplifiers on June 18 and they still haven't repaired them even today, September 27... I had really forgotten about them but they didn't even call me... they are not serious

It's been a horror of an experience for me. Gave this business a Sony camera and two canon lenses worth well over £1000 for servicing after they claimed it could be done in two weeks. It's almost two months now and they now don't even reply to messages or calls. I'll proceed to report the business shortly and make sure I obtain my gear at all cost. Dishonesty, lackluster attitude and total disrespect of client has been the order of the day.
