Driver Glenn came onto my property to collect bricks and I was told, the extra building sand my builder had over ordered. He refused to take the sand, the bag was too full. He became aggressive and was shouting at me. I told him to leave my property. How sad that I had to feel threatened in my own home when this is meant to be customer service.

My first visit to Travis in Leighton after moving to the area, the Gentleman that helped me was Ace, he helped me find some wood. He made it really easy and then took it to the car. I didn?t get his name! He?ll know who he is.

I ordered fence panels by phone and specified ?5 feet wide by 6 feet height? these arrived and l helped unload them. The makers printed labels said 5ft x 6ft. But it wasn?t until l was painting the first panel l noticed one 6ft edge had a different wood so they had supplied me with 6ft wide by 5ft high! With all my post holes dug 5 ft apart l?ve had to fix them on their sides! Not impressed! ?
