Despite the advertised key cutting service he said he couldn't cut a copy of a 12 year old Audi car key, said he needed a dimple cutter, told by the man who just cut my key there are no dimples on these keys :(

Went in today to get new batteries in 2 watches and was quoted £17.95 for each one and was then told that they didn't have any of the batteries until Wednesday. Also asked for a simple round battery for a car fob and the elderly man in the shop said 'don't do car batteries'! He didn't even bother to look. It was only a round battery we would have fitted ourselves. Very poor service.Got all 3 batteries fitted at Pymans jewellers for only £18!

Dean is so helpful. Another Timpson's branch had caused damage to my watch when changing the battery. So I visited this branch and all was resolved. I wouldn't trust another branch again. This is the best! Thank you!
