Had an amazon return here and they quickly scanned it and put it into a bag. A couple of hours later it was in transit and I was refunded.

The person who was working 30.11.2023 night shift . I did an uber order arround 10.30pm and the oreder has been cancelled by that person. After that I did call the petrol station and I asked him nicely why did he cancelled my order and he was very rude saying that their uber device not working and then without let me reply to him he hang out the phone. I think if that uber device wouldn't work the petrol station wouldn't be available for delivery . The person instead refused to accept the order . I'm verry dissapointed about the service and I will let everybody know about this situation , not to order anything from Shell Bilington road after 10:00pm because they won't get they order .

I would give 0 stars if I could. On Friday 20th Oct. I was socially profiled by the staff members. I WAS a regular costumer to this shell garage, yet one morning, I was stopped after paying for my purchase and accused of not paying for my petrol a few days before. I mentioned that I would not intentionally do this and I know on that day I did not put petrol in my car. I only came in to buy lunch (with the higher prices, I don?t know why). They said they needed to check the cameras to prove it was me, when they came back, they hadn?t even looked at my car and provided a number plate that was no where near mine ( it would be difficult to mistake a K for a G). So they hadn?t even looked at my car or had a copy in had of the number plate of the car they state did not pay for the petrol. For someone who was a regular costumer to be accused of stealing petrol I was shocked. Why would I go back? Then be held back and find out they hadn?t looked at what car I was driving in the first place. They just assumed straight away I was the culprit.

I use dual fuel lpg. Pump well maintained. Staff are knowledgeable and polite.

At the time we went it was fairly busy. The pumps worked well, I didn't go into the shop but my boyfriend paid inside the store, he didn't have to queue up long. I saw another customer using the tyre pump and that seemed to work very well, the tyre inflated quite quickly. In all the place seems well run and is often busy.
