Store manager Jack has no idea about customer service and his colleague Mark is Lazy and rude. I will not be using screwfix again after today?s visit I will be raising a formal complaint to head office about todays service received. Shocking considering I?ve spent thousands of pounds with screwfix over the years. But what would Jack or Mark care its just a minimum wage job for them that they obviously don?t want to do. It was clear today they find it funny wasting my valuable time as a tradesman. I will be telling all my fellow tradesmen about this store and to avoid Leighton buzzards branch!! SHOCKING!!!
