One of the lady staffs was very rude to my 6 years old daughter this evening. She is a child and she does not know the consequences of everything. Kids are sometimes naughty which I assume this lady does not know.
she tried to pull a poster hanging inside the shop and this lady shouted.
The shop is perfect for different style of clothes and rest of the staffs are very nice and professional.

I rang up this store to enquire about a product. The phone was answered immediately by a HUMAN BEING who was exceptionally helpful. No central call system, no chat bots, no ?your call is important to us? nonsense.The lady answered every question and was really helpful?.. I wish I had asked her name because she deserves recognition.I thought this kind of customer service had disappeared for good but you can still find it at Peacocks?. How refreshing! I?m going in there right now to buy the product and support this store because service like that is rare indeed these days.

Always like peacocks. Found the young girl that served me today though to be quite rude slammed my top down, didnt speak really, no offer of a bag. Yet another woman was really nice. I guess nowt as queer as folk. If dont want to interact with customers dont work in retail! Maybe she didnt like my beret because she was nice to the customer infront of me. The things i notice. I do though and you can tell that with all my reviews. I cannot stand rudeness.

Love this store in LB even although I live in MK staff are lovely well worth the distance which is only a 20m drive ..much more polite ..CS goes a long way in my book!
