Why are the changing rooms closed at 5pm because 'the store is closing soon'... 5.30pm!!
Myself and another lady put 6 items back as we wanted to try on and not have to return. Causing loss of sales New Look Leighton Buzzard. Why put a rail across the doorway and do this a whole 30mins before closing. And I entered the store around 4.55pm and it was already in place

The shop doors stay closed - if you leave them open the manager will get cross and run over to shut them and then just stare at you whilst talking to other staff about you? so uncomfortable ( I have a buggy so it?s tricky to get it without opening the door)The same manager also asked me not to return items a few times over the last year or so as it affects their sales.Store is lovely and has some nice bits though!

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Ordered item in store and was told there order system said they needed to call to confirm the order. They failed to call for 2 days and my order cancelled itself! The store manager told them to not call one day and the second day they had a visit so couldn?t. Absolutely ridiculous as it was a new blouse to wear for a new job and now I?ll have nothing to wear for it. Livid.
