Click and collect service requires major improvement. Today I waited almost an hour for my order (non-driver and only had 9 items in my order). I had to head in store for some warmth after standing in the cold for 30mins. Overheard the lady say there were 6 c+c orders and she was the only one assigned to do them! This isn't the first time it has happened - last time I was given a bottle of prosecco as compensation.

Cafe... The staff were very polite and the food, although missing items, was ok. However, The state of cafe was unbelievable. Every table was filthy dirty. Plates were cleared away and tables just left covered in bits of food and tea stains... It really was awful. The floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for day's. Morrisons should be ashamed of the state of this place.

Staff on Food day Counter a little Short on please and Thankyous spoke to a member of staff they say the same persons name keeps coming up.

No hot food counter for more than a week ?due to no hot water" so your staff haven't washed their hands with hot water after using the toilet for the whole week? Useless store.
Visited again, no hot food ready at 10am, told it will be ready in 10 mins, waited 10 mins, told it will be another 15 mins. Then told they don't have half the stuff. I left with nothing after 30 mins.

I've been going to this shop for a while now, the staff is nice and friendly and the food is fresh,but I've got only one complain, I'm allergic to dairy and its been months that i haven't find any dairy free chocolates, or not enough variety for ppl like me, please bring some different variety thank you.

No stock on the shelves. Sunday mornings are a nightmare. No veg, no fruit and the fish counter empty.
