I've bought 2 pairs of hiking boots from here this year and both fell apart within a month of purchase.
Id call them overpriced but that would imply they were well made and the mark up pricing valid but the product doesn't work.
Updating: gave them one more benefit of the doubt. Went for a higher priced shoe, bought mid December. They've just started falling apart, again, Feb 3rd.
What an absolute waste, of 200+ quid.
Review taken from 2 to 1 star, won't be returning, and given my families involved in the scouts, ill be making sure the leaders aren't recommending families to get camp gear from here again.

We went in with my partner, looking for a weather proof jacket. Two young gentlemen helped us, we ended up buying a jacket and two pairs of boots. They were incredible, very attentive and made us welcome. I haven't received this level of customer service for a long while. Well done ?? I'll be a regular customer.

Having shopped at Millets for years I was unhappy with an expensive pair of walking boots (£100+) that wouldn't stop squeaking after 4 months of regular use. After explaining to the staff they agreed that I could change them for another pair.Top marks to the staff & a very happy customer will always shop there & other outlets whilst recommending them to others.

I visited this store as my Granddaughter is doing a D of E Bronze Course and we needed some new kit. The store was amazing! Lots of stock, extremely competitive prices, excellent and helpful staff. We even got a discount when mentioning the D of E course. I visited Decathlon recently and found their offering poor and surprisingly expensive. Millets ticked all the boxes.

Millets in Leighton Buzzard is a great shop for buying outdoor walking equipment-good discounts, very helpful staff (Sharron and Cloe always find me what I'm looking for) I don't need to shop anywhere else for my walking gear
