I would like to say a big thank you for an excellent product excellently packaged excellently delivered.
The packaging in particular has been very well thought out. The end of the uprights package looked worse for wear upon delivery but because you have packaged it so well with 'cushioning' at each end there was no (expected) damage whatsoever to the goods.
I will not hesitate to recommend your company. Of all the deliveries I receive I think yours stands out a mile.

We order x2 floating shelves including brackets from MasterShelf on Friday 28/02/2025 and had received them next day Saturday 01/03/2025.
They were flawless, no faults or discrepancies.
Lady who helped us with our query (Lydia) was 100%, just to add we did ask MasterShelf if they could assist us with a length of glass shelving that measure over 4feet in length and under
5feet,
for that though we had to research companies that cater for bespoke glass, which we did so,
we will just have to wait and see how they measure up and compare to MasterShelf.
We will be using MasterShelf again.

Terrible customer service and not a good experience at all. I purchased a pair of shelves and found one damaged when opening to attach them to the wall. Despite sending very clear communication and photo evidence, it has taken days of back and forth email communication to try and arrange a refund, which has still not been sorted. I have been told I am responsible for the price of the postage to return the shelves even though the product I have received is damaged. I have even had to call my bank to prove Mastershelf received my online payment for the shelves when I bough them as they tried to dispute this too!
Avoid this company- the customer service staff can be rude and unfortunately seem incapable of resolving simple customer issues swiftly and with care. I am really disappointed and frustrated at what a long process this has been and I will not be purchasing from Mastershelf again.

I was looking around for a flexible, modular shelving unit to fit a specific space in my house. I came across the Boon range from Mastershelf which looked like just exactly what I was after. From my research it appears the original manufacturer of this range is a Germany company called Regalraum, but they have many reviews online criticising their poor packaging and products therefore being damaged in arrival. I chose instead to order from Mastershelf as they're UK based.I spoke to them a couple times before placing the order to confirm some details and found them friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. Pricing was competitive.The order arrived quickly and I have to say, the packing was excellent. They put extra reinforcing around the corners of the boxes to prevent damage of the components inside - needless to say it all arrived in perfect condition.I'm very happy to recommend this small family business and wish them all the best for the future.

I required a particularly strong floating shelf bracket to support my 10Kg. solid oak shelf. Contacted customer services, they were friendly, helpful and professional. After listening to their advice I ordered the correct bracket with confidence.I will definitely use Mastershlef again, many thanks

Extremely poor service! I ordered Two shelves online a couple of months ago, made payment and it was confirmed delivery 2-5 days. I was then contacted the following day to be told that they were in fact out of stock and would not be in stock for a couple of months, but would I want to wait. I was extremely disappointed and requested a refund. I have been checking the website regularly and yesterday saw that they were back in stock. I made another order, this time paying for next day delivery and received confirmation of my order. I have just been contacted by Mastershelf customer service and been informed that once again the shelves are out of stock and did I have any flexibility to order different shelves. I have once again requested a refund and will not be dealing with them again.For this to happen once is inconvenient, for it to happen again is suspicious!

fantastic service, The shelves i purchased were very good quality, and a really good price, they look lovely in my bathroom, even better than i expected. They were well packaged, and arrived a few days after purchase. I would 100% use this company again.

Ordered a floating shelf and bracket. Delivery was prompt and received item next day. Well packaged and very high quality item. Unfortunately I had to return the item as i changed my mind.
