I've walked in to Jewson's Leighton Buzzard twice recently and both times I've walked out thinking the customer service is very poor. Both times I've walked out without buying anything. I decided to go to the competition on Grovebury Road - a much better experience! It will be a long time until visit that branch again. It's not the company, as the people in the Wolverton depot are great. The people in LB need some happy pills......

Pretty annoyed. Had me waiting all afternoon for a delivery. I phoned them at 1615 to ask about the status of my delivery. Was told it's on the road. Great. Got a phone call back literally 30 sec later to tell me delivery wasn't coming as driver had run out of drivers hours and there was no time left.
First of all I don't like being lied to, it obviously wasn't on the road and as an ex lorry driver I'm sure the excuse of running out of drivers hours is a common excuse to cover up a cock up at jewsons end.
The woman on the phone didn't sound like she was even that bothered that they failed to do what they said they would. Very matter of fact.
Afternoon wasted. At least Wickes contact you and tell you a delivery isn't coming.

I'm a complete DIYer, I came looking for some building materials to repair a lintel over a window and was helped by Bryce. He talked me through the things I needed to be aware of, he was very understanding of my complete lack of knowledge and he was able to price match everything for me, top man! Bryce is an absolute credit to the business, an example of what customer service should be!I'll 100% be back here for more building materials for my house projects. Thank you.

Jewsons have made a great effort to knock down prices of hundreds of their products and the staff at Leighton Buzzard are most helpful. They also have one of the best Tool hire branches in the area.
