I've walked in to Jewson's Leighton Buzzard twice recently and both times I've walked out thinking the customer service is very poor. Both times I've walked out without buying anything. I decided to go to the competition on Grovebury Road - a much better experience! It will be a long time until visit that branch again.... read full comment

Pretty annoyed. Had me waiting all afternoon for a delivery. I phoned them at 1615 to ask about the status of my delivery. Was told it's on the road. Great. Got a phone call back literally 30 sec later to tell me delivery wasn't coming as driver had run out of drivers hours and there was no time left.
