Jake has arranged our mortgage and insurances several times as well as provide financial advice and each time has been fantastic. Jake has saved us an awful lot of money and helped us to plan better financially. Can not recommend J.A Morgan & Partners enough. Very professional service from start to finish. On the morning of our appointment Jake telephoned to double check it was still convenient and reminded us of necessary paperwork to bring along. He conducted the meeting in a very professional manner but also made myself and my husband feel relaxed as he is very friendly. My husband and I were looking for mortgage and investment advice and we both felt Jake really listened to us and asked questions which really made us consider other options we had not thought about. Would definitely use again.

We have used Jake to secure good mortgage deals on our properties over the last 5 years or so. He is reliable, always finds us a great deal and helps minimise the pain of paperwork. We have no hesitation in recommending Jake and have already done so, to family and friends. Jake telephoned me this morning before our appointment, to check that it was still convenient. Tick! He was punctual. Tick! He has a polite and respectful manner. Tick! He put me at ease and listened carefully to my requests. Tick! Using his obvious expertise he explained my options in terms I could understood. Tick! There was no pressure to make any decisions today. Tick! I can digest the information and make decisions in my own time. Tick! I feel he is a person that I can trust and I would be happy to recommend him. Lots of 'ticks' from me Jake.
